Refund Policy

At KnotCultured, we believe in delivering not just clothing, but an experience. While we maintain high quality standards, if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

📦 Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

We offer a one-time free size exchange for every order if the product doesn’t fit as expected.

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • We’ll arrange the pickup and deliver the replacement — no extra cost to you.

Note: Size exchanges are allowed only once per order and are not eligible for refunds.

✅ Returns & Refunds (For Damaged/Wrong Products Only)

We offer a return and full refund only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

Process:

  1. Email us at knotcultured@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

  3. Once approved, we’ll handle the entire return and replacement/refund process.

💸 Refunds

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We’ll request your UPI or bank details for the refund.
